Jenn Meaney and BlueCoast Realty Corporation want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use jennmeaney.com and get the information and services they need to buy or sell a home.

Our Goal

We aim for the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility, cognitive, or other disabilities.

What We Do

• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
• Use headings, landmarks, and labels so the Site works with screen readers
• Keep the Site usable with a keyboard alone
• Choose text and background colors with sufficient contrast
• Review the Site when we add new pages or features

Known Limitations

Some content comes from third parties that we do not control, most notably the MLS home search provided by FBS (Flexmls). Parts of that tool may not be fully accessible. If you have any trouble using it, we will gladly search for properties for you and send listing details in a format that works for you.
