This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you visit jennmeaney.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Jenn Meaney, a licensed North Carolina real estate broker affiliated with BlueCoast Realty Corporation, 575 Military Cutoff Rd, Suite 100, Wilmington, NC 28405 ("we," "us," or "our").
Information you give us. When you call, text, or email us, or contact us through one of our social media profiles, we receive the information you choose to share. This usually includes your name, email address, phone number, and details about the property or services you are interested in.
Information collected automatically, only with your consent. If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your general location (city or region), and your device and browser type. If you click "Reject," or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, Google Analytics does not load and this information is not collected.
Information our hosting provider collects. Our website host, Webflow, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
Home search. Our MLS home search is provided by a third party, FBS (Flexmls), inside an embedded window. If you search, register, or save listings in that tool, the information you enter is collected by that provider and governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
If you text or call us, we will respond to you. We do not send marketing text messages or automated marketing calls without your prior express written consent. If you do receive texts from us, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
You can accept or reject analytics cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time with the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of certain uses. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Some information must be kept to meet North Carolina Real Estate Commission record-keeping rules.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to other websites, including social media, MLS, and government resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
